How SAP Enterprise Support helped PSF realize the potential of SAP BTP when combined with SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Launchpad service

PSF (Fábrica de Papel San Francisco S.A. de C.V.), a paper products manufacturer in Mexico, wanted to modernize its enterprise management software by moving to the cloud. To maximize the value of its new platform, PSF needed help identifying the best analytics use cases, improving adoption, and configuring and launching new business apps. SAP Enterprise Support was used to guide the effort with SAP BTP, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Launchpad service.

SAP helped PSF validate use cases, build real-time analytics, and optimize the user experience across SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Launchpad, and SAP S/4HANA. As a result, PSF created 30% of its analytics objects, gained hands-on experience with modeling and reporting, and learned how to integrate analytics and build new apps on SAP BTP, supporting faster, more effective cloud adoption.
