Cirque du Soleil, a global leader in live entertainment with 49 shows worldwide and more than 4,000 employees, needed to modernize its complex operations as it managed touring logistics, travel for over 1,200 artists, and manual processes across multiple countries. SAP implemented a digital foundation that centralized data, improved HR and talent management, and streamlined procurement, travel, and expense processes. As a result, Cirque du Soleil rebuilt an architecture that can scale with the business and achieved procurement processes that are five times faster than before, while also improving compliance, supplier negotiations, and reporting through SAP.
