Matmut Group, a major French insurer serving 4.5 million members, wanted to simplify and optimize its business processes while better aligning strategy, operations, and IT. To support this, the company used SAP Signavio solutions from SAP to improve process modeling and better understand end-to-end workflows across its business lines.

SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Collaboration Hub, and Journey Modeler to help Matmut collaborate cross-functionally on “as-is” and “to-be” processes. The result was stronger dialogue between business and IT, a more process-driven culture, and improved performance in terms of stability, robustness, and smoother project execution, while reducing the time and resources needed to model processes.
