Polyserve Fertilizers & Chemicals, an Egyptian fertilizer producer and distributor, was looking to modernize its operations and create a single source of truth to support faster, more accurate decision-making. SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud to unify Polyserve’s core processes, improve real-time visibility, and standardize operations across the business. The results included a 10% reduction in spare parts inventory, a 60% cut in sales invoice issuance time from 10 days to 4 days, and a reduction in monthly and quarterly financial close from 25 days to 7 days; Polyserve also reported a 6x drop in unplanned maintenance as a share of planned downtime and expected EGP 400K in savings over three years.
