TASNEE, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest industrial and petrochemical companies, wanted to modernize its HR technology environment to better support innovation, improve agility, and increase adoption of new capabilities. SAP helped TASNEE strengthen HR operations by optimizing adoption plans, reviewing configuration more frequently, and activating previously unused features in the HR platform. As a result, TASNEE improved utilization of its SAP environment, conducted 6 targeted success checks in a year, and accredited 15 HR users with SAP SuccessFactors certifications, with plans to bring SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics into operation.
