A SAP Case Study
Mobility Genossenschaft, a Swiss car-sharing provider, wanted to support its sustainability goals while replacing slow, paper-based finance and parking-space processes. With more than 3,100 vehicles to manage, the company struggled with limited data transparency, manual fixed-asset accounting, and hours or days of work to verify fleet depreciation. It chose SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud to help digitize and scale its operations.
SAP implemented a digital finance and parking management approach that improved transparency, reliability, and access to complete data for decision-making. The result was a 10x increase in the digitalization of parking-space management, 99.5% time savings in the monthly fleet accounting run, and 100% auditability of paper invoices. With SAP, Mobility Genossenschaft also strengthened sustainable, cost-effective operations and supported its long-term digital transformation.
