SAP implemented a cloud-based HR environment for Miniclip, including Employee Central, Service Center, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance & Goals, with plans to expand further. The result was standardized, employee-focused processes across regions with smooth integration, reduced costs and risk, and faster adoption; the system now supports 642 users across seven entities in four countries and has logged 51,545 total user logins.
