SAP implemented a smart digital foundation that improved order and inventory visibility, strengthened supply chain and marketing management, and enabled faster data-driven decision-making. The results included end-to-end digital integration, a daily e-commerce purchase-sell-stock check cadence instead of monthly, and a 35% reduction in monthly settlement time from 7 days to 4.5 days, helping Milkground improve efficiency and consumer responsiveness.
