Milkground, China’s leading cheese brand, needed to support rapid growth with better lean management, tighter production-to-sales coordination, and stronger integration across business and finance. To address these challenges, the company launched its Smart MILKGROUND digital transformation plan and chose SAP, using RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and SAP Enterprise Support.

SAP implemented a smart digital foundation that improved order and inventory visibility, strengthened supply chain and marketing management, and enabled faster data-driven decision-making. The results included end-to-end digital integration, a daily e-commerce purchase-sell-stock check cadence instead of monthly, and a 35% reduction in monthly settlement time from 7 days to 4.5 days, helping Milkground improve efficiency and consumer responsiveness.
