With an upcoming migration to SAP S/4HANA, the company also needed consistent, high-quality learning content to help ensure everyone had the same information and skills.
SAP implemented SAP Learning Hub for Heckler & Koch, giving employees self-paced learning, guided certification options, SAP Learning System Access for hands-on practice, and SAP Learning Journeys. As a result, Heckler & Koch gained a single platform to upskill, reskill, and certify staff, while also speeding up onboarding across multiple SAP solutions and improving training efficiency.
