Grundfos, a Denmark-based industrial manufacturer of pumps, pump solutions, controls, and sensors, needed help resolving an issue in its SAP Transportation Management environment. The challenge involved incorrect confirmation status values in freight settlement documents when cost distribution failed.
SAP Enterprise Support analyzed the root cause and implemented SAP Note 3486219 to correct the FSD status issue. As a result, reprocessing freight settlement documents became seamless, improving the reliability and efficiency of Grundfos’s SAP Transportation Management operations.
