A SAP Case Study
Uniper, a global energy company operating in more than 40 countries, needed to replace its oversized and expensive legacy HR IT landscape with a leaner cloud-based approach. It wanted one HR service delivery solution to meet local employee needs in Germany, Sweden, and the UK, while also allowing restricted access to a third-party pension management system. Uniper turned to SAP and SAP Services and Support for help with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center.
SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center and provided consulting to configure the solution, standardize HR request handling, and support the move to a fit-to-standard approach. As a result, Uniper replaced its on-premise system, established a cloud-first foundation, and significantly reduced IT costs and complexity. The company also created a platform ready for additional functionality and interfaces for ticket handling in other countries.
