How Ecoclean streamlined financial processes as a business requirement in advance of ERP migration with help from SAP Services and Support

Ecoclean, a global leader in industrial cleaning technology and surface processing, needed to prepare its finance operations for a future migration to SAP S/4HANA. To do that, Ecoclean aimed to improve data integrity in accounting and streamline financial processes, using SAP General Ledger and intelligent asset accounting as part of the transition.

SAP Services and Support helped Ecoclean design and implement the new setup, including solution design, functional testing, data harmonization, and multicycle data migration. The project was executed 100% remotely over 16 months and resulted in lower migration complexity, safer data migration, reduced project risk, and lower overall migration costs through a standardized, high-quality process.
