Colsubsidio, a Colombian nonprofit with about 17,000 employees, needed a simpler way to manage HR data and processes across multiple systems while also improving recruiting and onboarding. SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, and Onboarding to unify HR data and workflows in one place. The result was a major reduction in manual HR work, with manual processes dropping to 5% from more than 50%, plus faster employee self-service, real-time data visibility, and a stronger employer brand.
