Jebsen & Jessen, a Singapore-based industrial conglomerate operating six businesses across 90 locations, wanted to respond faster to changing market dynamics and improve customer engagement. SAP implemented SAP Cloud for Customer to give Jebsen & Jessen a centralized, integrated customer data platform connected with SAP S/4HANA. The result was a “single source of customer truth” that improved sales team productivity, visibility into the sales pipeline, and decision-making across channels, helping the company serve customers better and focus on revenue-generating activities.
