KDU University College, a private higher education provider, faced a challenge in effectively communicating with potential students. Its existing system did not provide an integrated view of information across marketing channels, which hindered its ability to build strong relationships during the student acquisition process. To address this, the university worked with vendor SAP to implement the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer solution.
The solution from SAP centralized the tracking of all communications, providing the enrollment team with a 360-degree view of interactions. This enabled better-targeted communications and improved insights into the performance of various marketing touch points. As a result, KDU anticipated exceeding its annual enrollment target by over 100%, while also building stronger relationships with potential applicants and their families.
