Deli Home, a manufacturer of custom wood products based in the Netherlands, faced challenges in improving its e-commerce experience, production automation, and inventory control for its custom-made wood panels. To address these issues and improve customer experience, the company turned to vendor SAP and implemented the Expivi 3D Product Configuration solution for SAP Commerce Cloud.

The solution from SAP integrated a 3D configurator that allowed consumers to design their products online, which was also provided to retail partners for their own websites. This implementation led to a 12% increase in sales conversion, a reduction in production waste and errors, and provided new insights into the consumer purchase funnel for Deli Home.
