MIVB/STIB, the public transport operator for Brussels, faced the challenge of monitoring the performance of its extensive metro, tram, and bus network to improve efficiency and ensure transparency for the public. With SAP's solutions implemented by partner Cubis, MIVB/STIB established a central portal for analytics and reporting, dramatically accelerating the process.
