FFF Enterprises, the largest U.S. distributor of human blood products, vaccines, and critical-care biopharmaceuticals, needed to replace inefficient spreadsheet-based chargeback reconciliation and manual pricing updates that were causing credits, rebills, and customer frustration. The company turned to SAP, using SAP S/4HANA and the SAP Incentive Administration application by Vistex to support more dynamic, real-time inventory pricing and contract management.
With SAP, FFF Enterprises implemented automated, 24x7 distributed pricing, real-time visibility into inventory, and consumption-based invoicing through its RightNow Inventory model. The results included more than $1 million in customer savings from reduced credits and rebills, a 50% reduction in credits and rebills, and a drop in chargeback days outstanding from 19 to 10, while new-business onboarding was cut to under 30 days.
