AstroBank, a banking provider in Cyprus, wanted to accelerate digital transformation across its 14 branches and business units by creating a tightly integrated cloud ERP landscape. Working with implementation partner AMS, SAP helped AstroBank deploy the new ERP system in seven months. The result was simpler, more efficient financial operations, better integration, and stronger compliance, with automation across processes, interfaces, approvals, and documentation. AstroBank reported a reduction in financial operations costs of about 30%, productivity gains of 30% with expectations to rise to 50%, and a major reduction in financial closing time.
