KWS Group, a global plant breeding and seed producer, was facing pressure to modernize and standardize operations across more than 70 countries while responding to industry disruption, climate change, and workforce challenges. To improve global process excellence, it turned to SAP Signavio to centralize administrative functions, align business and IT, and support a new global service delivery model.

SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, Process Collaboration Hub, and Process Governance to provide end-to-end process visibility, improve collaboration, and automate governance. As a result, KWS transferred more than 1,000 processes to SAP Signavio in just six months, shortened governance cycle times, improved transparency and accountability, and strengthened its process mindset and operational excellence across the organization.
