Centria Servicios Administrativos S.A.C., the professional services company supporting Grupo Breca in Peru, needed to upgrade its intelligent ERP system without interrupting the business-critical services its clients rely on. To reduce risk and improve operational efficiency, Centria turned to SAP for expert guidance and support for its SAP S/4HANA upgrade project.
SAP Enterprise Support, along with SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council and SAP Innovation and Optimization Pathfinder, helped Centria plan the upgrade, prepare its team, and complete the move with minimal disruption. The project was delivered on time with no delays, 80 SAP Fiori apps were successfully deployed, and 78% of go-live support incidents were resolved through SAP’s Mission-Critical Support collaboration.
