A SAP Case Study
CTG Brasil, the second-largest private energy generator in Brazil, was looking to modernize its assets and support digital transformation by replacing siloed, manual, and hard-to-govern business processes. The company needed a new ERP suite to standardize operations across multiple business areas and improve visibility, integration, and scalability. SAP S/4HANA was the platform chosen to help CTG Brasil streamline this transition.
SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA to unify data and processes across CTG Brasil’s operations, enabling automation and better governance. The results included a 66% reduction in the time to close and depreciate assets, a 10% reduction in project duration to 13 months, 100% traceability of financial entries, and full automation of commercial invoicing and asset control/unitization processes.
