Mainova AG, one of Germany’s leading energy service providers, needed to modernize HR data maintenance as it moved from an on-premise system to the cloud. The company wanted to save time and improve HR data quality by eliminating manual updates and mistakes, using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP BTP.

SAP and Ingentis implemented Ingentis business rule trigger on SAP Business Technology Platform to automatically propagate core HR data changes across related objects. This reduced manual intervention, eliminated mass uploads, and strengthened data accuracy; Mainova said tasks that used to take one to two days now take about 10 minutes, with business rules triggered every five minutes.
