SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud across core business areas and later added SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Technology Platform to create a single source of truth and connect data across the enterprise. The transformation delivered measurable gains, including more than 25% less time spent on closing activities, a 40% increase in order-to-payment efficiency, over 50% faster financial book generation, and a 15% improvement in resource allocation for maintenance plans.
