Salzgitter Digital Solutions (SZDS), part of the Salzgitter Group, needed a stable, strategic learning solution to upskill and reskill employees on SAP software and support the group’s digitalization agenda. To do this, SZDS partnered with SAP and looked for a learning experience that would encourage independent learning while helping over 70 users build skills efficiently.

SAP implemented a pilot using SAP Learning Hub, SAP Learning System Access, and SAP Services and Support, with expert consultants guiding onboarding, rollout, and adoption. The result was a stronger learning experience that expanded remote learning options, supported faster knowledge transfer, sped up onboarding across multiple SAP solutions, and helped employees better understand synergies between software topics.
