Amt der Salzburger Landesregierung, the regional government of Salzburg, needed to modernize its IT landscape and shift to digital communications with citizens while minimizing migration risk. Using SAP services, it set out to move from its existing SAP ERP application to a more flexible and insight-driven intelligent ERP platform.

SAP implemented a migration to SAP S/4HANA with SAP MaxAttention, SAP Services and Support, and SAP Fiori apps to support the go-live and improve user experience. The project was completed within five months, on time and at minimal cost, with no escalations, while optimizing and automating enterprise-wide processes and improving decision-making through real-time data.
