The solution standardized and automated end-to-end CAPEX processes across 30+ countries and 80+ company codes, improved approval flows and reporting, and delivered measurable impact including 6x visibility into fund requests, about 7,000 hours saved, and adoption that reached roughly 400 users—200% of the original target.
