A SAP Case Study
ANDRITZ, a global industrial machinery leader, wanted to improve operational efficiency by upgrading its ERP system from a transaction-based model to a role-based model while giving 12,000 users a more modern, consistent experience across devices. The company turned to SAP, using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori UX, and SAP MaxAttention services to support the transformation with minimal business disruption.
SAP helped ANDRITZ complete the migration to SAP S/4HANA and roll out a SAP Fiori–only user experience, creating a more intuitive workplace for employees. The project delivered measurable results, including up to 58% data reduction, 50% less downtime, 2,500 objects fine-tuned, and data savings of up to 2,688 GB, with 8 performance improvements overall.
