A SAP Case Study
AGRAVIS, a Germany-based agricultural trading company with more than 400 locations, needed to replace its aging point-of-sale system to comply with new cash register regulations in Germany and better integrate sales data across its retail operations. The company also wanted a future-ready solution that could support omnichannel retail and work with its existing technology landscape. SAP Customer Checkout was used to address these needs.
SAP, together with partner consenso, implemented SAP Customer Checkout in just six months, integrating it with SAP S/4HANA, warehouse management systems, and SAP Customer Activity Repository. The result was real-time sales and inventory visibility, centralized POS monitoring, improved operational efficiency, and a faster checkout experience with shorter wait times for customers.
