HORSCH A Passion for Arable Farming – and Excellent Customer Service

HORSCH, a family-run agricultural machinery manufacturer, was facing rapidly rising demand that left its service and sales teams overloaded with administrative work and too little time for direct customer interaction. To address this, HORSCH worked with SAP to digitize key customer service processes and create a portal for sales partners, using SAP Commerce Cloud.

SAP implemented a new HORSCH Portal based on SAP Commerce Cloud that streamlined warranty handling, order tracking, machine registration, and dealer information access. The results included faster warranty processes, fewer manual tasks, greater transparency for distributors, improved customer service and loyalty, and more time for HORSCH staff to focus on personal customer conversations.
