To address this, the company engaged with SAP on its upcoming SAP Network Edge Authentication software through a Customer Engagement Initiative.
The solution from SAP allowed blueworks AG to collaborate on pre-release software, providing its employees intensive product training and direct access to SAP product managers. This partnership resulted in the firm gaining a deeper, more advanced understanding of the product and its roadmap than its competitors, establishing valuable direct contacts at SAP, and having several of its improvement suggestions implemented by the vendor.
