Aeschlimann Mühle, a Swiss producer and wholesaler of flour, baking mixes and other specialty food products, needed to replace an inaccurate, cumbersome legacy ERP with a system that was easy for management, millers and transport staff to use. As the company expanded into new product lines and cereal varieties, it also needed a scalable solution that could support growth while maintaining strict product quality standards.
SAP implemented SAP Business One, with support from ANG Schweiz AG and the PPS One add-on for production management. The new system improved data accuracy and company-wide access, enabled more independent work across departments, and delivered real-time reporting for better decision-making. SAP also helped Aeschlimann Mühle gain a more transparent, scalable platform for future equipment and business expansion.
