SAP helped BrandAlley implement a real-time, AI-driven referral and engagement strategy that fed advocacy data into targeted campaigns and offers. The results included a 4.6% increase in referral rate, 12% more customers acquired through referrals, a 25% increase in repeat purchases, a 12% higher email open rate, and a 5% higher share rate.
