Working with SAP, the company set out to modernize operations and speed the move from data to insights, using GROW with SAP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Enterprise Asset Management, SAP Business AI, and SAP HANA Cloud.
SAP implemented a digital foundation that standardized processes, enabled real-time visibility, and supported activity-based management across finance, supply chain, asset management, and other functions. The results included a 20–25% decrease in IT operating costs, 80% reduction in process and tech debt, 10x faster equipment maintenance, more than 40% safety improvement, and double-digit reductions in inventory, downtime, and costs.
