GRENKE AG, the global financing specialist operating in 33 countries, needed to align HR with its business growth strategy by replacing multiple local systems and processes with a single, modern platform. The company wanted 24x7 mobile HR self-services, standardized talent processes, and better access to development opportunities to support expansion, compliance, and a more consistent employee experience. SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite was the core solution used.
Working with SAP and implementation partner EMPLEOX, GRENKE deployed SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Learning, Performance & Goals, and other HXM capabilities to create one global HR system. SAP helped GRENKE improve data consistency and compliance, streamline recruiting and performance management, and expand access to learning across 33 countries and 150 locations for more than 1,900 employees. The result was 100% accuracy and consistency of HR data and processes, stronger employee engagement, better employer branding, and on-time, on-budget delivery with high user adoption.
