Henkel, the global chemical and consumer goods company, faced a highly fragmented IT landscape with 33 ERP systems that made processes inconsistent, costly, and difficult to manage across regions. As part of its ONE!GSC Horizon global ERP rollout, Henkel turned to SAP Document Compliance to standardize digital compliance, handle local regulatory requirements, and support a more efficient, future-ready operating model.

SAP, working with Henkel and partner Phoron Consulting, implemented SAP Document Compliance for Turkey, covering e-invoice, e-delivery, and e-archiving within a 50-day window. The result was greater transparency, standardized data structures, and harmonized supply-chain processes across more than 200 workflows, while also reducing maintenance effort and improving support through a single global system.
