SAP deployed its SAP Business Suite and SAP CRM, powered by the SAP HANA platform and delivered via the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud service. This solution provided a real-time view of fans for personalized marketing and analyzed player data to improve performance and reduce injury risk. The implementation, completed in a record 11 weeks, allowed the club to strengthen its global brand and significantly enhance the experience for its 292 million fans.
