SVP Worldwide, the world’s largest consumer sewing machine company, faced a post-COVID demand surge and rapid production expansion in Vietnam but was constrained by manual spreadsheets and disconnected ERP systems. SAP implemented a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition deployment in Vietnam with GyanSys, plus SAP Business Technology Platform for extensibility and secure SSO. The project went live in six months, improved reporting and analytics, delivered 360-degree visibility across finance and supply chain, reduced manual work, and lowered long-term IT costs by avoiding heavy customization and on-premise infrastructure.
