A SAP Case Study
Farmacia San Pablo, the pharmacy chain, was looking to strengthen its ESG strategy by improving how it collected and managed sustainability data, especially across the “social” side of ESG. Building on earlier use of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, the company needed a better way to connect employee empowerment efforts with broader sustainability goals and increase transparency for investors and stakeholders.
SAP implemented SAP Sustainability Control Tower to help Farmacia San Pablo cost-effectively collect, track, and manage disparate ESG data sources. The solution improved traceability and transparency of social KPIs, delivered more accurate data and deeper performance insights, and supported supply chain and partnering opportunities. As a result, Farmacia San Pablo also strengthened employee experience, DEI, and wage fairness, while improving its ESG credibility with customers, partners, and investors.
