FARFETCH Modernizing Payroll to Create Localization Efficiencies and Increase HR Productivity

FARFETCH, the global luxury fashion platform, needed to modernize HR operations and improve payroll reporting, especially to meet regulatory requirements in Portugal. To replace a legacy system and boost productivity, FARFETCH chose SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to create a more scalable, efficient payroll process.

SAP, working with AMT Consulting, implemented the new payroll solution on time and on budget within FARFETCH’s diverse HR environment. The project delivered full legal compliance in Portugal, automated routine payroll tasks, eliminated 100% of known payroll errors and problems, and enabled 100% of Portuguese employees to be paid through the new system, generating an estimated €50,000 in annual savings.
