Die Schweizerische Post (Swiss Post) needed to overcome fragmented HR data spread across multiple on-premises and cloud systems, which made it difficult to achieve a harmonized view, accurate analysis, and self-service reporting. SAP was selected to help address this challenge with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud for HR analytics.

SAP implemented SAP Datasphere to connect and consolidate data from sources such as SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, BW, and MS SQL Server, while enabling governed self-service modeling and reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud. The results included about 30% less IT development effort, dashboards created 12x faster, and 21 HR power users empowered to create their own SAC stories, improving speed, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
