Sírio-Libanês Hospital, a leading healthcare institution in São Paulo, needed to rebuild its IT landscape after its legacy ERP created manual work, poor module integration, bottlenecks in finance, and limited compliance and traceability. On the HR side, it lacked an integrated platform for recruiting, training, and performance management. SAP was selected to support the hospital’s digital transformation with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP.

SAP implemented a connected cloud environment that unified finance, HR, analytics, and integration, with EY supporting the rollout and healthcare-specific extensions. The results included a 25% reduction in the monthly financial closing cycle, a 13-day faster hiring process, and 20 hours saved per month importing e-statements. SAP also helped streamline more than 150 HR transactions and improve governance, control, and decision-making across the hospital.
