SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Insights and the accelerated process discovery service with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to deliver data-driven process analysis and transformation support. The result was real-time visibility into process flows, clearer and more measurable process requirements, stronger dashboards and templates for future analysis, and a projected 10%–20% improvement in cash flow process cycle times through faster supplier discount capture.
