SAP delivered an AI-powered CV screening solution using SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, and SAP SuccessFactors, with Azure OpenAI analyzing resumes against job requirements and generating matching scores and explanations. The solution has been implemented in more than 30 job requisitions, is available to over 15 HR professionals, and has processed 300+ CVs, making screening up to 60x faster, reducing bias, and cutting costs by 300%.
