Gesundheit Nord, a Bremen-based hospital group, was very satisfied with its long-term use of SAP Patient Management but saw an opportunity for small, beneficial adjustments to the software to better fit their specific needs. Their challenge was to customize this existing SAP solution and accelerate development with minimal effort on their part.
To achieve this, they participated in the SAP Customer Connection program, an influencer initiative that allows for direct collaboration. SAP developers efficiently implemented the changes the customer requested. The results included faster, more advanced processes and more efficient data entry that was less prone to error, leading to greater operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
