SAP implemented SAP Convergent Mediation by DigitalRoute to centralize, clean, enrich, and route revenue-critical event data from CTT’s logistics networks. The solution handled up to 800,000 events per day, improved revenue assurance, reduced time to market for new solutions, and enabled CTT to support multiple billing models more efficiently.
