A SAP Case Study
Corvias Group, which manages federal infrastructure projects across the U.S. for military, higher education, and community partners, was struggling with a fragmented technology landscape. Its business units used separate purchasing and accounting tools, reporting was manual, and the company needed a more scalable, flexible way to simplify IT architecture and back-office workflows.
SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, along with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Fiori apps to centralize data, automate accounting and purchasing, and improve cost allocation. With SAP, Corvias reduced accounts payable touchpoints from seven to two in 75% of cases, cut general ledger report time from seven hours to 10 minutes, lowered new company setup time from 40–50 hours to under 10, and saved about 10,000 labor hours annually.
