A SAP Case Study
Corvias Group, a long-time manager of federal contracts and infrastructure projects, struggled with a highly fragmented operating environment across independent units. Using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, the company was dealing with five purchasing tools and three accounting systems, which created inefficiencies and slowed reporting, onboarding, and day-to-day financial work.
SAP, working with Avvale, helped Corvias modernize and standardize its operations on a unified ERP platform. The new solution cut general ledger reporting from seven hours to under 10 minutes, reduced the time to add a new company from 40–50 hours to under 10 hours, lowered accounts payable touchpoints to two in 75% of cases, and saved about 10,000 labor hours annually.
