SAP was used for the brownfield conversion, along with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Group Reporting, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite to support SICPA’s worldwide operations.

SAP implemented the global SAP S/4HANA transformation and added automation, analytics, and machine-learning capabilities across finance, R&D, and integration processes. The results included a 91% reduction in recipe lifecycle errors, five machine-learning-assisted processes, a 20% reduction in time spent on consolidation tasks, and MRP performance up to 10x faster, with the live rollout supporting 1,500+ users across 22 countries.
