Bosch Digital, part of Robert Bosch GmbH, needed to scale developer skills while addressing concerns about open-source violations from AI-generated code and the challenge of moving to SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP, and Clean Core practices. Bosch also needed hands-on training and certification to support its ERP transformation and improve how teams worked across a complex IT landscape.
SAP implemented an executive-sponsored program centered on SAP ABAP AI and SAP Business Technology Platform, supported by train-the-trainer enablement, Early Adopter Care, and expert guidance. As a result, Bosch reported more than 10% higher ABAP developer productivity, up to 50% faster delivery note processing, and around 30% faster service request execution with cost reductions of under 70%, alongside better collaboration, efficiency, and developer satisfaction.
